Seamless Process and Fantastic Response Times
I receive reasonable updates about the status of any of the claims I have submitted. Fantastic response to get the claims processed. If they need more documentation, they reach out via text and email. Once I have fulfilled the deductible amount and I get refunds, those are processed quickly.

They are very responsive and once I had a bit of trouble navigating the claim site, but that’s probably just me! Tech savvy I am NOT. I called and a very nice gentleman helped me. Once I passed my $500 deductible, they’ve covered what I expected! They paid into my checking account in a timely manner!

Always a pleasure working with people at Metlife. They always are helpful and resolving. Any issues I might come across. Which is not very often. The coverage that they offer is excellent. I know the rates went up, but that’s something that is a statewide and not with them. Other than that, very happy with Metlife.
