Great service and professionalism. I submitted my cat Orbit's bill from the emergency vet office and they processed it quickly. I did not expect this to happen to my cat and the expense was a surprise but having this insurance has been such a blessing.

The few claim I had to submit was perfectly handled like promissed But had few weeks of logging issues (few months after I was abel to) for which I needed technical help for which the service desk were not abel to help needed me tech. But tech. did not call like promised until I figure it out by myself. Suggest to improve the “change password” menus in your site and the availability of tech.
