Good coverage but had to drop two dogs…
Good coverage but had to drop two dogs because of premium increases and now premiums have gone up on other two dogs. Almost back where I started from. Customer service very good but rapidly becoming unaffordable. I now have two dogs completely uninsured.

MetLife has been fantastic
MetLife has been fantastic. I cannot recommend this pet insurance any higher than a five star. You do have to pay the bill up front and they will not submit payment to the vet clinic but other than that I have found them to be reasonably priced with exceptional service and prompt handling of my claims. I had two other pet insurances before MetLife but I will not change again.

I am pleased with the money I receive back after I submit my invoices. But I am not happy about the monthly payments more than doubling since I started using Trupanion. It is very frustrating for me.
