Do not recommend Spot; Going back to Pets Best

**EDIT** responding to Spot advising I contact customer service. I did… thus the comment the service team is misleading and not helpful. I contacted customer service two separate times and was told the wrong information. Its ok. I cancelled all policies so no future help will be needed. The claims process is confusing. The policies are not transparent. The customer service staff is unhelpful and provides misleading information.

Our First Claim…Easy and quick!

Our dog developed severe dental disease requiring numerous extractions and bone loss from an abscessed tooth. I was very happy about how easy it was to send in the bill from the vet and payment was issued in less than a week. Spot processed the claim in a fair manner and we did not have any difficulties. This was our first claim in almost three years of coverage so I wasn’t sure what to expect but am happy to say Spot provided the coverage we paid for and makes it very easy to submit your claim! Highly recommend them.

We were very grateful to have Trupanion covering our Lucy when she suffered a torn ACL and a second leg injury not long after. With Trupanion’s coverage we were able to get Lucy the best care, so soon it was as if the injuries had never happened. Our family, including Lucy, highly recommend them!

I still have no idea if I have…

I still have no idea if I have insurance. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything nor have a number to call to confirm, yet I’ve been charged 200 dollars already and no way of connecting to understand more.
