Best Pet Insurance I've Tried
We've only had met life pet insurance for a few months, but so far all the staff has been incredibly helpful. I love that we can do a family plan for the dogs with 1 deductible. We've had no problems getting claims processed and paid. I highly recommend met life!

It has been over 6 months since I wrote my original complaint. I read some of your messages and yes the staff is pleasant. But I want to be paid. In addition, they said they would have someone contact me immediately after my review. Never happened.

Recently while out of State
Recently while out of State, we had to make a visit to an Emergency Vet Clinic with our Lexi who suffered a leg injury. The clinic reached out for a pre-authorization and it was processed very quickly. We knew immediately what would be covered and how much our policy would pay. They paid the vet directly. Thankful for the peace of mind that the coverage responded for its portion of the bill and that you dealt with the Vet clinic directly.

1st experience with Pumpkin Preventive Essentials
Great first experience with Pumpkin Preventive Essentials. The reimbursement process was fast and super easy, and the money was in my account in less than a week. We had no issues at all with our first claim and found the Preventive Essentials plan really useful for our puppy.

Efficient processing and reimbursement
MetLife processed my pet insurance claim quickly and efficiently. My reimbursement was deposited straight into my bank account. The app makes everything so easy. I also liked the benefit of having a reduced deductible for not having a claim in some years.

Pets Best Saved my Dog!
One of my dogs unfortunately had to have emergency surgery after ingesting something he shouldn't have and creating an obstruction. I have been carrying pet insurance on my pets since getting them, but fortunately had never had to use it...until now. Having pet insurance and not having to stress as much about the finances part helped so much. I was able to make the best decisions for my boy and safe his life and get him the surgery he needed. To make things even better, Pets Best was incredibly fast about approving my claim and paid everything they claim to pay from the plan I have. I am so happy I chose Pets Best to carry insurance my fur children!
