Incompetent customer service
Unfortunately stupid people work in customer service. After 5 years of automatic withdrawal monthly payments, the idiots had some sort of problems with automatic payments. Lost all credit card information. You need to call every month and wait between 35-55 minutes just to make a payment. They say they update it each month but unfortunately they are too stupid to figure it out

I am very impressed with MetLife Pet Insurance. Veterinarian bills aren't cheap and it really helps to have this insurance. I'm very impressed with how quickly they review your claims and make payment as needed.

Great Pet insurance
Our cat was diagnosed with liver sarcoma late 2025. He had multiple year visits, procedures are in ultimately surgery. Submitted the appropriate documentation to submit claims. MetLife was great in processing the claims and providing very fair reimbursement in a timely manner. I’m glad we have MetLife.
