Website is Failing
I have several pets insured with Embrace. Although their premiums have skyrocketed over the past year, I need to look into adding another dog to be insured. I have tried multiple times to get a quote at their website and I constantly get an error message. So I called them to find out what is wrong with the website. I was told the issue would be looked into. Four days later there is no improvement or change in getting a quote. Higher premiums and less service. Not what I was hoping for.

Help for my tri-pawd!
I was really worried when my tri-pawd starting having some issues with his leg after 5 years of stability. I didn't think insurance would help him, but MetLife has been wonderful to work with so far. They are helping us be able to give him the Physical Therapy he needed to get stable again-Thank you!

This is the second time I’ve had to take one of my fur babies to the hospital. They are extremely kind, and they seem to be very gentle and very interested in our cats as a family member, and not necessarily as a pet. My experience with them has been stellar from the front desk to the back They are expensive. But they are kind.

MetLife uses AI to begin the claims review
Apparently, the company uses AI to review the claims and my cats diabetic blood tests for ketones keep getting rejected. The AI flags them as a preventive heartworm test. I have to call the company every time I submit so that it can be corrected. They do correct and have put flags in the record, but it makes it a lengthy and inefficient process and a poor use of my time. It’s very frustrating.

The whole experience was excellent. The support from your team make it easy for the entire process. You guys evaluated my claim real fast and i got answers right away. Too bad i still not getting my refund, just waiting for a check on the mail. Besides that i am very happy with my insurance choice. Keep the good work!!

I have had a good experience with Pets Best Insurance
Claims are processed in a timely manner. Explanations are detailed and accurate. When I have called for info on how to file a claim, it was easy to speak to a person, and she was knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, I am very happy with this coverage for my dog.
