ASPCA scam stay away
They are fraud stay away from ASPCA . They got claim for my doctor for Anal Sac Disease and all notes and records indicated clearly by licensed vet reason for visit Anal Sac Disease. ASPCA instead of paying for this claim denied me and said reason for denial: ALLERGY - preexisting. When i called each time spoke to someone who clearly couldn’t understand basic English which was frustrating. But finally spoke to a manager and she said YOU ARE CORRECT this is NOT allergy or preexisting not sure why denied for that. You provided all evidence and papers THIS IS ANAL SAC disease reason for vet visit. I said to the manager can you mow pay the claim since finally someone cared to check and agreed you denied us incorrectly, she said No ma’am. It is already denied but if you like file a appeal takes 90days hopefully second time whoever review it check all forms correctly and pay the claim. This is clearly SCAM from insurance company. We donated yearly to apcsa cancelled that immediately and not cancelling my policy because that is what they want refuse to pay and refuse to make corrections so you get frustrated and cancel move on But we are going to file formal complaint against them as we have all evidence this is fraud act by refusing to pay the claim based on the policy we paid for years.

My 2 year old girl Nova recently was diagnosed with MUO, an autoimmune disease that attacked her spinal cord. She's not just my dog, she's my best friend. So being able to say yes to all the needed diagnostics and treatments through 3 different specialty veterinarians (ER, Neurology, Rehab) meant that she was able to be treated quickly and accurately and is expected to have a normal lifespan. Pets Best never once fought a claim or made anything difficult at all. Just made the care possible that saved my best friend's life. Thank you. Truly

Met Life pet has always paid claims…
Met Life pet has always paid claims promptly with no run around. My only complaint is the claim filing system could be improved. For example, a simple box where a person could make notes about the submission or call out something you feel is needed would be great. The form always asks for the vet's notes, but some times you are just picking up a script and there are no vet notes. It would be nice to be able to note these things so you don't feel like you haven't provided the right info.

Incredible Service
When our dog was suddenly diagnosed with a life threatening disease, we were able to get him the maximum treatment without having to do financial gymnastics. Healthy Paws covered all treatments without question and paid out within a couple days of submitting the claim. Our beloved dog did inevitably pass, but we are so thankful to know that we did everything we could thanks to Healthy Paws.
