Cheaper and more coverage than my current provider
Process was easy to complete. There is a restriction o only 3 pets per policy, I did not see that readily available to the customer and had to ask in Chat function about it.

Don’t use Pets Best
I have insured my dogs with them for over ten years and used to be very happy with them Recently they have changed hands and converted to AI Phone time waits are minimum 30 minutes They don’t respond to emails even tho they tell you they will”get back to you soon” They raised premiums to nearly DOUBLE of last year Terrible customer service I recommend you find another company as this one has gone really bad I cancelled my policy today

When my dog Kiba got sick this past year it was so unexpected and created a very stressful and emotional time. Fortunately, I had her covered with Fetch and it was truly a lifesaver for us. The claims team was so attentive and supportive they went above and beyond to ensure that I was getting coverage for her as well as peace of mind in knowing I had the greatest support with Fetch Pet Insurance. They were able to retrieve some of the documentation that was needed to finalize my claims. I can’t thank them enough for their help and extremely valuable communication through the entire process. Princess in claims team is truly a vital part of Fetch and I am forever thankful for her kindness and attentiveness to not only me but Kiba as well. Bunch of scammers..
Bunch of scammers... I emailed them last month to cancel the insurance for my dog.I decided to pay out of pocket Because I have not been using this.They would not cancel it.. I call today because I got notification that I'm billed again.And they canceled it as of today, but would not backdate it to when I requested it with an email a month ago. They even looked it up and saw that I emailed a month ago to cancel it but would not give me the credit..pricks.
