Fetch horrible pet insurance
If I can get Fetch Pet Insurance, a zero I would they don’t even deserve a one star. They are horrible. I paid for insurance over a year and a half, and they denied every single claim I ever sent despite me sending the receipts. They are not bbb worthy and have almost 300 complaints What does that tell you.

Lack of information in initial phone call
Would have been nice to know about the ligament waiver form a vet can fill out while in discussion with the sales person about the policy. We talked about pre ex conditions for some time. I brought up ears and eyes if I’d have known about the form that needs to be completed in order not to have a pre ex on ligaments etc I could have asked the vet for her check of such during Charlys follow up exam now I need a separate visit meaning $$ to do so. Also have called multiple times and never got a person answering: always need to leave message for a call back which doesn’t happen right away

OUR DOGS ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH NATIONWIDE
I spoke with Chad and he answered my questions and emailed me information right away. I had more questions and called and Chad was not available at that time and another very helpful man answered a couple more questions and we had a nice short visit about Goldens as he has a Golden too and he told me he and Chad were going into a meeting and he would tell Chad that I called. Chad called me back after the meeting and we discussed getting our Golden Rainy back with Nationwide and also adding our newly adopted Golden Augie and we have been with Nationwide around 20 years and during that time Nationwide has always done right by our dogs and we like to stay with a company that has always been there for our dogs and we were welcomed back and we feel we and our dogs are in good hands with Nationwide.
