Because as I've happily said many times before Trupanion is a wonderful company: first and foremost fantastic staff--whenever I have to call with a question or a problem the person who picks up is unfailingly gracious helpful smart and kind.
Because, as I've happily said many times before, Trupanion is a wonderful company: first and foremost, fantastic staff--whenever I have to call with a question or a problem, the person who picks up is unfailingly gracious, helpful, smart, and kind. Trupanion also reimburses lickety-split and does not nickel-and-dime their customers. We also love their policies about deductibles and 90% reimbursement for claims--and they don't make you start from scratch every year if it's the same cause for the claim.
