Peace of Mind with Pet’s Best for Poe
We’ve been using Pet’s Best for Poe for a while now, and it’s been fantastic. The coverage is comprehensive, the claims process is straightforward, and the team is responsive whenever we have questions. It really gives us peace of mind knowing Poe’s health needs are taken care of without breaking the bank. Highly recommend for any pet parent who wants reliable insurance and excellent service. Claims processing does take 2-3 weeks, this is the only negative in my opinion.

I was submitting 3 claims at once
I was submitting 3 claims at once, but initially I only saw 2 in the system. So, I accidently submitted one of them twice. I went back into my account and saw that there were 4 claims. I used the online chat to ask what happens when you make a mistake. It didn't take long to get a response and was assured that they wouldn't process the same claim twice.

MetLife always responds to my claim fairly quickly and I appreciate the level of understanding they have when each claim is filed. With the proper documentation I have never had a claim denied in two years. This is the main reason Why I keep choosing MetLife for my pet insurance!
