Janet on care team was great and experienced
I was undecided which pet insurance provider I was going to choose out of the 4 I was looking at. I spoke with Janet and she was able to explain to me the differences between providers and coverage. She also offered practical information from her experience in the pet health care field. Furkin was the lead prior to calling in but it was Janet who convinced me I had made the correct choice in providers.

I am really happy with Trupanion; it allows me to afford my dog's care (due to heart condition and luxating patella surgery) and the service has always been prompt with great communication.
