Our dog needed emergency back surgery and Healthy Paws was there from beginning to end. Claim process was super easy and fast. They even emailed to check on her progress and sent their well wishes. Never regretted choosing Healthy Paws 4 years ago.

Great investment
We have two puppies and decided it was time to try pet insurance since they are very small and very young. One time deductible is nice and claims were easy. Agent who explained the different policies was very knowledgeable and informative.

Janet on care team was great and experienced
I was undecided which pet insurance provider I was going to choose out of the 4 I was looking at. I spoke with Janet and she was able to explain to me the differences between providers and coverage. She also offered practical information from her experience in the pet health care field. Furkin was the lead prior to calling in but it was Janet who convinced me I had made the correct choice in providers.
