Review of initial contact
Agent was very knowledgeable about the insurance policy but I felt she was a bit impatient with me regarding questions that I asked. It was as though she had repeated this sales presentation so many times that she was on automatic pilot. She was polite and respectful.....I just felt she was trying to move forward too quickly both times I spoke with her.
