Bad experience autos and home…
They have had our autos and home insurance 10+ years.. I obtained an online quote for a vehicle and the online system said they will cancel my insurance next month as they do not insure that particular vehicle. I didn't choose to insure it with them, simply obtained a quote. When I called, they said I needed to prove this and that for my insurance not to be canceled, literally needed to jump through hoops and for what, being a good loyal paying customer? Then I had a tree fall on my shed and they paid cash for the repair of the roof. I got it repaired by a handman cash job. They said they needed a receipt and bill of materials or they'd threaten to cancel my insurance? I paid cash, no receipt, no bills.. Just very robotic,inhuman company just like you'd expect from Insurance companies. If you're looking for an insurance company to treat you like a human and be understanding, this is NOT it

Expensive and not really worth it
People are nice. Insurance goes up by $100+ dollars every year (and this is for a young dog with zero issues, zero claims and no pre existing conditions). Not worth it…oh and good luck trying to get information on your insurance unless you call them.

I appreciate the ease of submitting claims, the user-friendly app and also the quick reimbursement times. So far it has worked exactly as the company said it would. Signing up with Figo through Costco is also a savings.

Routine Vaccination
Our dog went in for several routine vaccinations. The vet printed off the invoice,we scanned it in to the computer,and attached it to Pets Best claim on their site. I was notified promptly that they were already processing our claim. I was then notified via email that we would be receiving payment from our claim and within several days we had a check from Pets Best. We are more than happy with our plan through this company.

My dog
My dog, recently got hit by a car. I submitted the correct paperwork, the emergency vet contact information. Called the emergency vet and the vet place also stated they submitted the paperwork twice and ASPCA is still stating they are going to deny my claim if the correct paperwork isn’t submitted. Nothing more we can do. Don’t go with this pet insurance place. Not acceptable experience.
