We truly love the coverage that we have for our puppy, and we wouldn't ever consider switching to another company. The turn around for claims is quick, the app and claim submission is easy to navigate, and it is accepted by many providers. ASPCA is truly wonderful!

I was surprised how fast I received a response after I submitted my first claims for my puppy's fractured femur. I only got the insurance because Danny's breeder gifted me the 30 day free coverage from Trupanion and when I heard about the coverage they offered I decided to have the insurance be continuous I purchased a policy. I had no idea I would need it so soon.

Anytime I’ve ever had a question. The customer service has been friendly and helpful. Anytime I submit a claim I get a prompt response that they are on it and then I get an answer or a refund check comes within a reasonable amount of time The only thing I wish I had known is when I got my Pet two years ago I was able to get her to my vet quickly for a health check. It was on a Friday and three days later Monday I called to set up my Pet Insurance and apparently I missed a discount not doing it before hand but being brand new to the Pet Insurance world I didn’t know I wish I hadn’t even been told that by customer service because then I felt like I was being punished
