Superb pet insurance
I did a great deal of research when considering pet insurance. I went with MetLife and have been very pleased. Its easy to file a claim, they're very responsive and quick. I like the fact that I can adjust my coverage up or down annually according to my needs, and can even carry over some of what I haven't used.

Continually denied & wouldn't accept…
Continually denied & wouldn't accept the only records we had for our recently rescued dog. Denied claims with inaccurate statements & reasons. Would strongly recommend not ever using this "scam".

The online claim entry with invoice attachment is very quick and easy to use, the claim decision is explained clearly and payments are prompt. I feel more comfortable looking after my dog knowing you are behind us
