Couldn’t have been an easier process!
We’ve had Trupanion for our pet insurance since we got our dog 8 years ago and never actually needed to file a claim until this past month. I wasn’t entirely sure what the process would be like but was pleasantly surprised to find it very easy to file a claim, get it reviewed and paid out. Such a weight off our shoulders! I’m recommending Trupanion to all our friends!

Embrace Pet Insurance is worth it.
December 29, 2025 our dog was not feeling well. Took her to the Vet to find out she has diabetes. This required a 3 night hospital stay, insulin shots, a change to prescription dog food and weekly monitoring for first 3 weeks. Thanks to Embrace we knew we would see a reimbursement for 80% of the cost based on the policy we signed up for. Embrace has always paid with no issues. We are thankful to have Embrace for our pet.

If you want a no hassle, honest, quick response /resolution pet insurance company, look no further. I have been with Pets Best for 6 yrs and not only are their premiums fairly priced, the level of customer service and simple, quick and reliable claims process sets them apart from the others. No forms to fill out on some website. You just email the paid invoice and everything is set into motion. They must use AI to make the process so effortless. And I can always count on them to provide the coverage I paid for. They are a god send! Customer for life

Pet’s Best is the best!
I have had insurance on my pets for several years. And I am so thankful that I have Pets Best. I have an almost 15 year old German shepherd mix that has needed different physical therapies, including, acupuncture, for osteoarthritis. She has also had several procedures and bi-weekly injections to help with her movement and pain. Without Pets Best I am not sure how I would have been able to keep up with the expenses. It was a little challenging at first to figure out how to file claims, but I just contacted customer support and they walked me through the whole process. Anytime I had a question it was very easy to call and speak to an agent. The customer support team was always very helpful and friendly. My claims were processed in a timely fashion. I have recently enrolled my newly adopted 4 year old dog in this insurance program. It gives me a lot of peace of mind that when he is old, or has an accident, I will have the medical coverage that I will need. I highly recommend Pets Best. "

Wish I had cancelled within the 30 day period...
I had signed up for Fetch because it says under the basic coverage that they cover annual check ups, as well as neutering. When I submitted my claim, it was denied. Be sure to read the policy carefully because after signing up, I was offered something for an outrageous amount ontop of the $300 I had initially paid.
