Worth it for me

I’ve had Trupanion insurance on my dog for 13 years and she has health issues. After my vet appointments they submit the claim right on site. I no longer have to submit them myself. It’s processed in seconds. I have a new rescue and will be insuring her as well.

Totally satisfied

I made a mistake and had my bill bundled, which made it ineligible for a refund. When I called Pets Best to see if I could have the receipt redone properly and resubmit it, the representative separated the items herself and submitted the result for review. I got a substantial amount back. The process was amazingly easy, and I'm really impressed by their honesty. I've already recommended Pets Best to everyone I know who has a pet, and I intend to keep on doing so.
