Every time I submit an invoice for reimbursement, I have to call because they don't honor the terms of the policy. It's only after several attempts and hours of my time do they reimburse the amount that is rightfully owed.

I recently had to make a claim. I was dreading it but in reality the process was very simple. Send in the veterinary bills and within one week the money was in my bank account! Would definitely recommend SPOT.

Like large medical business they will deny your claims...
The first product or service I've purchased through Costco that I regretted. I'll be contacting Costco to let them know what a disappointment it is to be associated with this company. My claim was denied because of a "pre-existing" condition that I wasn't aware of. After years of paying for pet insurance, the first time I actually needed coverage it was denied. These companies are happy when you're paying your premiums but turn their backs on you when it's time for money to be paid back. The one time I actually tried to use this insurance they failed me. Avoid at all costs.

So relieved and grateful
We are so relieved and grateful we decided to purchase policies for our two cats and two puppies. One of our puppies had an emergency event at the beginning of the year and went into anaphylactic shock after she ate a bee. Her treatment required almost 72 hours of dedicated care in an ER Pet Hospital. The policy helped to cover a good portion of the cost of her care. We’re very grateful and happy she is still with us and that the policy we purchased protected us after this unforeseen emergency.

Took too many inquiries to reimburse claim. This was a simple yearly visit. Im not sure the cost of this insurance is advantageous for me to continue paying. Still deciding if I should continue coverage due to high montly premiums.
