While the customer service is very nice, whoever is working the claim behind the scene is causing a lot of issues. Every claim I submit there seems to be a rebuttal and more work required. It seems like they’re doing everything not to pay my claims. In addition, the premium went up $100 a month, which is steep after just one year.

Best Pet Insurance I've Worked With
The overall process to submit a claim was very simple and straightforward. And I actually ended up getting reimbursed for more than I was expecting, which was beyond amazing! It took a bit longer than was ideal for things to process and get reimbursed, but overall this was definitely the best experience I've had with a pet insurance company.

you guys are great. Easy functionality and app experience. Love that you lower the deductible as a reward for low usage of the plan at the end of slow years. I keep wondering if I should add my older dog to the plan but I am concern that with her priors she might not get a lot of coverage. But will be reaching out to inquire. Thank you!
