Best Insurance Out There
We have 2 of our pups insured since they were puppies and it was the best thing we've done for them. One of them is super healthy so we've only had to use the insurance a couple of times due to accidents. However, our other baby is a sickly one and Healthy Paws has been a life saver when it comes to being there to help us lift that financial burden that comes with it. The turn around for refunds is so easy and so fast. I recommend this pet insurance company to those looking for the best care to protect their loved ones.

MetLife pet insurance is a great company
Metlife pet insurance is very easy to navigate. We’ve had other pet insurance that tried every way possible to keep from paying on a claim. MetLife’s app is great for submitting claims and usually the payment is sent in the promised time.

Disappointed Once they review the invoice correctly…
Once they review the invoice correctly they pay quickly. I have called twice and resubmitted at least the same amount to get my dogs annual exam and vaccinations paid. I subscribe for the wellness package also. They finally have corrected one but I have not heard anything on the second dog. The annual visit was October, I submitted immediately and am still trying to get this straight.

Losing Confidence in ASPCA insurance
After submitting a previous claim for our dog, when there was a rapid settlement, we are having a devil of a time getting re-imbursed for a relatively small claim for the removal of a large benign lump. ASPCA rep told me that the insurance needed a complete set of medical records associated with the claim. These records were submitted by our veterinarian at the time of treatment and also TWICE by us. Still, after 6 months zero re-imbursement. But no joy, so can’t recommend
