Not very user friendly
(1) Difficult to update refund payment options (it is an entirely different website, but that is unable to be found until you call). (2) The form to submit claims is not easy to use- Not editable & need to download to sign/date, etc.

Trupanion gives me peace of mind!
Trupanion is a life saver and gives me peace of mind. I love that the deductible is once per condition and not yearly. I have an epileptic dog and the insurance is so worth it!

The vet was able to do everything as far as submitting the claim. I didn't have to do anything at all. When I did call Trupanion to better understand their process; I was treated well and quickly was given the info I wanted. All was very simple. ALB

Excellent and easy claims process!
Our husky had to get a TPLO surgery for a torn ligament. Overall cost came close to $9K. PetsBest processed the claim for our plan (90% coverage) very quickly and gave a full explanation for any items that were not covered. We're fully satisfied with the excellent coverage and service - thank you PetsBest!

This company says they provide coverage for your pet and then you start submitting claims and they deny the claims. Worst pet insurance out there. I've had better experiences at used car lots!

I canceled my policy after only 2…
I canceled my policy after only 2 months. I submitted claims that were denied due to "failure to receive medical records". The vet submitted all necessary records. After I called twice I kept getting the run around from "customer service" and immediately canceled my policy. This insurance is not worth the hassle.
