Awesome experience. Streamlined experience, they gave me updates all along the way so I was well informed and knew what I needed to provide to optimize the outcomes. Good luck getting reimburments
When it comes to paying - they will use every excuse not to. Cleaning anal glands because my dog is scooting in pain - cosmetic procedure. Getting his ears cleaned because he has an ear infection - cosmetic procedure. In the meantime, they feel no qualms with tripling insurance costs.

A trip to the emergency vet...
We had to go to the emergency vet b/c our dog was attacked by another dog in the neighborhood. We filed the claim and it was processed and completed in 3-4 days. I was very happy!
