I simply can not say enough about our experience with Trupanion. Unfortunately our pet, Brewer, had a ridiculous amount of health problems: between the severe allergies affecting everything from his eyes, ears, and skin to the two TPLO surgeries on his back legs, we NEVER had an issue receiving reimbursement. The customer service and compassion from everyone I spoke with at the company was unmatched. Although our sweet Brewer did not get to have a very long life (he was only 6), Trupanion helped us give him the best life possible. We always said Brewer was the best thing we ever got and his insurance was the 2nd best thing. Thank you Trupanion - we are truly grateful to have had you in our corner.

Great Pet Insurance!
I just renewed my policy with Lemonade after one year of coverage. I started my policy before my dog was diagnosed with a genetic condition that causes him to have highly recurrent bladder stones. In 2025, he had two emergency procedures from being blocked and unable to urinate. Lemonade covered both procedures, hospital stays, and medications. It is super easy to submit a claim and I have found that they are easy to get in touch with either by email or over the phone. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Fetch Pet…
Great experience with Fetch Pet Insurance. Submitting a claim was extremely easy, and uploading documents was simple and straightforward. If any paperwork was missing, Fetch took care of contacting the vet directly, which made the process stress-free. The reimbursement was completed within a reasonable time frame, and I was kept informed every step of the way. I received updates on my claim status throughout the process, including confirmation when the funds were deposited. Overall, very smooth and transparent experience.

Title explains it all. I’m always reimbursed, but the claims can take a month or two to be processed. And customer service is lacking, can take weeks to get a response.
