All of my contacts with Trupanion have been exemplary. You stand by your promises, and invariably express extreme caring for the people whose pets you have insured, at times when we maybe stressed due to managing a serious condition for our pet. Thank you!

Claim appeal
My vet and not the hospital fwd the hospital bill for me. There was no reason to start the new deductible as no conclusion was drawn and the back/neck pain is an assumption. If you read the hospital report it stated that the physical exam showed no problems. Papi also walked without problems except right after leaving the hospital ( druggy?). Please review the hospital report and reconsider to correct this claim, thank you

I've had healthy paws insurance for almost five years now for my dog Dexter. It's been the wisest investment I've made in years. The policy and protection are first rate. The cost is very reasonable. The claims process is quick and easy. Plus they have paid without issue on every single claim. I will be with them for life for all my pets.

So far I can't complain
I got trupanion because a friend of mine had it & their dog got cancer & I was shocked to see that they were paying their claims. I had pet insurance several years ago with another company & after several years I had to put in a claim & they literally paid me back peanuts. So far I've been pleased with the small claims that I've sent in & they have paid.

Never Any Issues or Hassle
We have had Trupanion coverage for almost 12 years. While it doesn't cover normal treatments (vaccinations, dental care, spaying, etc.) it has been a life saver when our dog needed emergency care. Now that he is older (12), I would hate to be in the heart breaking position of having to put her down because I couldn't afford a treatment. The two times she had to be hospitalized in her life, Trupanion was a financial life saver.

My concern with a claim was resolved within 3 days to my satisfaction.
I questioned a denial of a claim made in November. After sending additional information to Embrace my concern was resolved in a positive manner.

Very easy to file a claim and get reimbursed.
Filing the claim was very easy. I used the app and uploaded the picture of the vet bill. They emailed me back to let me know they received the claim. I could track the process of the claim and reimbursement on the app. They even called me to see how my dog was doing.
