It’s very easy to file a claim. It’s very easy to do most things. My concern is as I file claims. How is this going to affect her premiums? Are they going to go through the roof? Because that’s insurance and that’s why it’s a scam you pay heavily into it and never use it but the second you use it they jack up your rates. Let’s see if that happens with MetLife.

My cat broke his hip and required surgery. I was worried the insurance process might be complicated or difficult. However Spot processed my reimbursement in a week. I just did a simple online form with my receipts. Spot requested the records. My reimbursement was direct deposited all in about a week. I was pleasantly surprised!

I want to sincerely thank Embrace for making a very stressful time much more manageable.
