First submission of claim
It was my first time submitting a claim. The process was pretty easy although not as easy as a previous pet insurance I had. I had to submit more paperwork with Fetch. The reimbursement came much quicker than I had expected and I liked the auto deposit. So far I am very happy with Fetch. Thank you for your service.

I haven't had an experience
I haven't had an experience. You emailed me once to say you were reviewing my application. something about pre-existing conditions but that was it. I know the fee was deducted from my paycheck so I assume Pancho is approved. Outside of that I don't have much information.

My last two beloved Beagles convinced me I needed pet insurance on my next dog.
My last two beloved Beagles convinced me the next time I adopted a dog I would make sure I had pet insurance. I adopted a 6-1/2 year old Basset Hound mix that had never been to a veterinarian and unfortunately he came with several unknown health issues including severe dental issues. I picked MetLife Pet Insurance after reviewing several different companies policies including submitting claims. Each time I've submitted claims the representative I spoke with on the phone has been SO VERY helpful! Each one has gone beyond the scope of what they were required to do but it helped save time and frustration for me! MetLife also has a video to watch which explains exactly what is needed to submit a claim and all of it can be done online or through the mail if one prefers. I have submitted all my claims online and within a week MetLife has deposited the covered portion of the claim into my bank account. Pet care has become extremely expensive but I've been thankful for the coverage MetLife includes with my policy. It has truly given me peace of mind when I take my pet to the vet.

Fetch is not easy to work with
Fetch is difficult to work with for claims, slow to respond and ultimately didn't work with us well to help cancel our policy. We moved all of our pets off of fetch insurance to Lemonade and have a much better experience there. We also told our local vet that Fetch is difficult to work with and make sure that he does not recommend it to any of his patients. Fetch also does not make it possible to cancel insurance at any time, you have to wait until the next billing date. This is different from almost every insurance.

Claim documentation needs to be submitted multiple times
Claim documentation submitted at least 4 times by my vet. Embrace claims they have no documentation. My vet says this is a common experience they have with Embrace. VERY FRUSTRATIING. Problems: A - in the emails to the vet, there is no claim # or policy # to match with the pet, so when the documentation is submitted, it must get lost in the many emails they get. B - the email sent to the vet are from a no-reply email so if the vet hits "repy" button, obviously the email will send BUT it will go to an unmonitored email. Embrace needs to fix these issues.
