MetLife Pet Insurance is the GOAT!

MetLife Pet Insurance has been a life saver for me and my pets. When my dog tore both of her CCLs, an almost $10K surgery, I didn’t have to choose between my family’s financial stability and my dog’s quality of life because MetLife was there to cover it. Their customer service is amazing, the claims process is simple, and I am so thankful for this company. Everything is clearly explained so I know what is covered and what is not. The peace of mind, reliable coverage, and ease of use that MetLife provides means that I will never choose another provider and I will keep telling anyone who will listen the importance of having pet insurance through MetLife. Also, the app is really convenient!

I am grateful that many required…

I am grateful that many required services were covered. However, one cat had evidence of arthritis as he aged although no treatment was required. When he needed treatment, claims were denied as a preexisting condition. That is really unfair since as we and our pets age, there are naturally occurring conditions. To deny coverage is just so unfair and inconsistent with all data on the aging process.
