I had a great experience with Spot. Was kind of nervous this being the first time for a claim. Received reimbursement 1 week later to my delight. I was expecting delays & hassles. But everything went smooth. No hold ups. I’m a very happy customer! Staying with Spot.

Great coverage
Great coverage! Fetch is a blessing. I hoped I would never have to use the insurance because you know your pet family member is in distress. The coverage was great. They were detailed and broke down the coverage on all the procedures performed. I still hope I will never have to use them again, but if I do, I know I am covered!

Good coverage and fast claim…
Good coverage and fast claim processing, but small things don't smell good. I made a change to my coverage (copay/limits), and later I found out there were changes in the overall policy that excluded taxes from their coverage. So in Ontario, where there is a 13% HST, that is a substantial impact. However, that was buried in the policy when I supposedly change the numbers (premium, copay, limits) only. Felt quite sneaky to me.

As being new to this insurance I didn’t know what to expect but it was above and beyond of my expectations Fast and easy to file claim and covered 90 percent which was deposited into my account within a week I highly recommend this insurance to everyone that has a pet!
