Very pleased with this company
First, I think Spot has better coverage than a lot of the other Insurance products on the market. Second, and more importantly, they processed my case very quickly and issued the reimbursement directly to my bank. Lastly, they are reasonably priced for better coverage. As long as prices stay the same I have no reason to look around for alternatives.

I will highly recommend everyone to stay away from you and stick to more well-known companies like Fetch. You are not reliable and reasonable when comes to reimburse a little bit big claim

Picking a payment method.
I am kind of frustrated with the link that comes via email to choose your way to receive payment from a claim. It needs you to enter your phone number in these less than necessary sized boxes and when you get so far to completing what is missing it does nothing. Tried several times, got locked out for 30 minutes. Two claims this happened on and instead of fighting with it, I will just wait for a snail mail check.
