I love how clearcut it is to be able to file a claim, upload my receipts, and receive the money back. All within a timely fashion.

diagnosis list confusion
My issue is the fact that the diagnosis my dog is being treated for, osteosarcoma, is not included in your diagnosis list. other than that you folks are great.

This company USED to be a decent company. NOW, it does not respond to emailsm nor calls. No one even answers the phone. We had over $1200.00 in claims and NOT ONE of them are eligible to be paid or for three months they are still "pending". What the negative reviews are stating IS TRUE!! DO NOT sign with this company. I am cancelling today!!! So tired of waiting to hear about "pending" claims though we and the animal hospital have submitted everything that was requested. BYE

Emergency vet visit
We had to take our dog to the vet for a copperhead bite after hours at an emergency vet. Costs was around 1600 total for emergency vet and follow-up vet and we got about 1200 back. That reimbursement just proved yet again why pet insurance is so important to us. Gladly would suggest Pumpkin to any pet owner.

Singing the praises for Spot Insurance
I want to sing the praises for Spot Pet insurance. My dog tore his ACL while playing ball and when I consulted my vet, I was told that he would need an operation to correct the issue. Fasr forward, I submitted my surgery invoice to Spot and they reimbursed me 90% of the cost. They were a life saver and a great support. Spot does it right!

Even young, healthy cats need insurance
When my fur baby swallowed some he shouldn't have, he had to be rushed to vet and had emergency surgery. Spot came through with my claim quickly. I don't know what I would've done without them.
