Can't afford NOT to have insurance!
Simple claims process and quick to payout. We had a very large surgical bill that I had to pay up front for the procedure to be done, and without hesitation, after a full review of the doctor notes and invoice, the approval was sent and the money was in my account the next day. Insurance can be expensive but not having good insurance is more expensive!

Trupanion's process and claim service was better than expected! My daughter's sweet Goldendoodle need to have both hips replaced and Trupanion covered the procedures at 90%!!! I am a veterinarian and was amazed at how easily the claim process went, especially for the second procedure.

Even with a little misunderstanding from erroneous information on file, the claim was handled very efficiently. Jenna, one of Trupanion's Member Experience Specialist made sure that my concerns were put to rest by confirming that she would personally speak to the Claim Specialist to explain the issue and get back to me.
