Amazing Pet Ins Company
I purchased pet insurance on my Aussie, Bandit, when he was a puppy. He is now 7 years old and thankfully I've only needed to use the insurance for two illnesses so far in his life. Healthy Paws has been there for me in our time of need. The first was an eye injury that resulted in an emergency specialist hospital visit on a weekend during Covid. Multiple visits and many eye drop refills later, I never had an issue with claim reimbursement. My most recent event was a mass we found in Bandits mouth that turned out to be cancer and resulted in a partial mandibulectomy. He is two weeks post-op today and the claim staff once again handled my claims quickly and reimbursement was deposited quickly in my bank acct. They also sent a follow-up asking how Bandit was doing. An amazing company and I recommend them to friends any time I can.

Trupanion for Panda
Before signing up I researched Trupanion and several other pet insurance companies online, spoke to other parties, and spoke to 3 Trupanion reps on the phone. All the Trupanion reps on the phone were helpful and courteous, informative but not pushy. Despite some mixed reviews online, overall their coverage seems to be transparent and user friendly. It also seems to cover more items than many other companies with an easier payment system.

Happy we purchased pet insurance
Trupanion has been so easy to work with. This is the first time we’ve had pet insurance and picked Trupanion on a recommendation. I would definitely recommend them. The app makes it easy and they are very timely with reimbursement.

Pets Best is the BEST
We decided to get pet insurance when we adopted Tizzy at 4 months. Our niece recommended Pets Best and we have never been disappointed. We have filed 3 claims over the past 6 years. The ease of submitting the claims and receiving payment were outstanding. Our premiums are in line with other companies, but we love is their customer service. Always there to answer questions, give information, and with knowledge and courtesy. We love our Pets Best insurance and tell others about it all the time.

I got insurance for my dog, and she started having some allergies, ears infection, and some wounds in her legs, at the end the insurance did not cover anything, so in my experience...this insurance is totally USELESS, wasting time doing the claims which would be great that the Clinic could send directly, but not. I will definitely cancel their service and look for other options.

Love Trupanion. Two days after my dear dog’s surgery for cancer, I get notice that they’re paying for the surgery. They’re the best. I only wish I could switch my lousy human insurance for Trupanion.

Finally a pet insurance co that cares.
You're not like other pet insurance companies, you pay the vet directly. I don't have to take out a loan to pay for the vet and then wait at least a week for reimbursement. I understand why people are giving up their pets. They can't afford the medical bills for them.
