Good afternoon, my husband and I have been paying for this insurance for almost a year (we contracted the most expensive rate) so we don't have to worry about money if something happens to our cat one day. This has been a surprise for us, because after paying a very expensive insurance fee for almost a year, of this bill of $600 you only cover $158. We are very disappointed, and we feel a little ripped off. For all these reasons, we request that you immediately unsubscribe us from the insurance, both for Lole and for Jazz.

NEVER do business with these people!
It began when they started denying reimbursement for claims that were clearly covered by my policy. But now it’s worse: they sent me a $260 check that bounced! Citibank is charging me penalty for depositing a check that was unpaid!!! These people are thieves!

Healthy Paws - Amazing Pet Insurance
Within in the same week two out of our four fur babies had an emergency surgery. Liam had a slipped disc and Duke had foreign object stuck in his intestines. Thank God for healthy paws pet insurance! We are so glad we have these benefits or our fur babies in case of these emergencies. Healthy paws pet insurance has been a savior to our finances when it comes to our pups. The customer service is excellent and the turn around time to file a claim is easy and fast. Thank you so much!

Brody and Pets Plzs Zs
What can I say. Pets Plus Us has been unbelievably supportive and kind with our Brody. He has had many surgeries and many many meds. After a lot of treatments Brody can now run be pain free. Pets Plus Us cares about our Brody. And have done everything possible to help us with him-insurance wise. All my future dogs will be insured by Pets Plus Us. Thank you so much.
