Grateful for MetLife pet insurance
Met life pet has been and is my trusted pet insurance for years. The premiums have been reasonable for the ease of the claims . It has allowed me to financially manage life threatening illnesses so my best pup pup is still with me today.

Spot is my favorite pet insurance company…
Spot is my favorite insurance company i've used and I've used at least 4 different ones. I've never had an issue with Spot covering medical treatment. I've never had to appeal or fight with them. They also cover way more than other insurers, like behavioral issues. Their platform is easy to use and their pricing is fair. They also offer a multi-pet discount, which is nice!

It was very disappointing that Trupanion found almost a $1,000 in 'exam fees' during emergency room and surgery stating that exam fees during emergency surgery should be budgeted for. It does not make any sense to put them in the same category as a yearly exam. Also the misapplication of the coinsurance and using that to effectively to increase the deductible to $1,100 before Trupanion covered anything. This makes it extremely hard to recommend company to others.
