Knowledgeable and helpful customer service
As stressful as this can get when your pet gets sick the insurance company makes the whole process of submitting the claim and communicating very well and as promised on time. The customer service was very helpful and understanding, answered all of my questions and concerns. They explained step by step what I need to do and they responded fairly quickly. We are pleased so far with MetLife Pet insurance .

Thankful we had Spot this year! Our doggo decided to go wild the last few months of the year and spot helped us get a good portion of her vet bill back once we met the deductible. The response and refund was quickly processed and directly deposited to my account!

My bill went from over $1000 to just over $100. The vets office took care of all the paperwork. I didn't have to do anything except let the office know I had Trupanion.

You are charging me 10% on my $250 Deductible, yes I paid it under protest. Complaint has been sent to insurance commissioner. Would not itemize what you paid and didn’t pay say they couldn’t provide the invoice to me because it was hippa protected. I sent the invoice for payment, I need to know what you paid on and how much. Customer service rep was very rude.
