Be ready to work hard to get them to work
Just joined and already experienced the incompetence. First off, the website is jacked up. If you try to get a user name sent to you or a password reset, the emails all send you back to the sign on screen that doesn’t address the username or password. Upon signing up, they request documents to be sent directly to an automated email. I sent all of my documents over (verified this) and had to follow up to request verification that it was received. The person who responded told me I hadn’t attached documents and requested them again. This is objectively not true. The documents were received and apparently sent to someone else that doesn’t verify anything in regards to my actual coverage and how it starts, They got my money. I’m the fool. I should have gone with another company, but paid for a year, so will report once more after a year to see if anything positive comes of this or if the incompetence proceeds.

We love our Spot insurance
We love our Spot insurance! Our 8 month old puppy recently went missing and returned to us injured four days later. This was such a difficult time for us, but we were so reassured that the process of entering a claim and receiving a refund was so simple. It made this difficult experience just a little easier to handle. Plus, afterwards, we saw that Spot offers a discount for a GPS collar through Fi, which is the first thing we purchased after her runaway adventures. Highly recommend!
