Got fantastic care from Hebron Hospital. After spending over $900 on final bill, I filed the claim and after 4 weeks of no responses I get my payment of $126, and $15. Biggest rip off in the world. After paying $117 a month for over 2 years. CON ARTISTS.

Easy to submit and great communication during claims. They were so kind. Our guy ended up passing away with bone cancer and they were so compassionate. Quick response and payout for all claims. No hassle, great service. We have had 3 policies and no compalints only excellent service.

I have called them a couple times during this past year with questions about claims and both times was met with courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service!

We have a yellow lab (Simon) and have a pet insurance policy with Healthy Paws. Simon tore his ACL and had to have surgery. Healthy Paws paid the invoice in only two days with no questions asked other than to kindly following up a couple days later inquiring how Simon was recovering. It made a stressful experience easier for us. If you are in the market for pet insurance, I would highly recommend Healthy Paws!

I recently lost my dog Olive unexpectedly during a procedure. It was heartbreaking. I was so distraught I could not bear to even call them to have Olive removed from my policy, and I kept procrastinating to avoid the pain, knowing there would be a premium due. However, Pets Best paid the final claim and sent me an email that they were so sorry to hear about Olive and removed her from the plan and updated the premium. They have been wonderful and empathetic. I highly recommend Pets Best.

Recently we got a new pup- Pets Best was recommended to us from a friend. We found the coverage that was perfect for us (to include coverage for some well visit needs as well), downloaded the ap, and found the entire process easy, transparent, and overall great! When i asked why they would not cover my $800 invoice from my vet for my dog who was diagnosed with pancreatitis they told me my dog had a pre-existing condition when he did not. I asked why they said that and they said because i told the vet he was sick the with the sicknees the night before. What the ?? Also it took them over a month to determine this bull

I can not say enough positive things about MetLife pet insurance. I did a lot of researching before purchasing insurance for my kitten. We had a pretty significant injury shortly after insurance kicked in (apparently no waiting period for emergencies). It took awhile to get approved but it was well over $1000, so I understand why it took longer to process. I wasn’t even sure it would be approved but was hoping for the best. It was approved…. Phew! We went for a kitty well visit Thursday PM and the claim was processed and approved Sat AM. So what’s not to like? They process claims quickly, customer service was top notch when I did have a question, plenty of options when choosing a plan and found it to be very decent coverage at a very decent price.
