Pets Best Holds High Ratings Here
Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has some of the BEST support staff! Anytime I have needed to call for assistance I have encountered a friendly and knowledgeable individual. I thank them each time for finding resolution in one single phone call. The claim filing process is simple if the system is working correctly. On occasion they have required medical records from our dog’s Veterinary office before they can make a conclusive determination on a claim. This adds time between the claim submission and reimbursement (if the claim is reimbursed). In most cases our claims have been reimbursed promptly and efficiently with the reimbursement being deposited directly into our bank account. Thank you, Pets Best, for doing such a good job in covering a percentage of the Veterinary expenses incurred by our dog. ~ Mary Teresa
