So far not too impressed
So far not too impressed. Had to take my dog to the ER vet back in January, and submitted claim forms right away. Claim still shows "more information necessary" but they have never contacted me to let me know what information they need. Unfortunately I just had to submit another claim, for an unrelated illness and am wondering how long that one will take to process.

Was welcomed into the ASPCA family by a very friendly woman who explained, in detail, all the benefits that this brand of health insurance included in my enrollment. I asked questions, which she provided answers without hesitation. She knows her stuff!!

Submitted a few claims
Submitted a few claims. Less than 48 hours later they were approved and I received a full accounting as to deductibles and what I could expect for payment. Three days later I had the checks. Easy, painless and quick. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.
