I never thought I would need it so soon!
I am very thankful for Trupanion after my puppy’s unexpected surgery! She required several vet trips after ingesting a bone the day after her spay! It was a scary and devastatingly expensive few days but Trupanion allowed me to concentrate my worry on getting my puppy well!

Making the claims process too simple
You guys! You are fantastic! Making a claim is so easy. You just have to answer a few, simple questions, attach the invoices and submit. I hear immediately back that you've received my request and within a few days you’ve already reviewed the request and processed everything. And a few days after that, the money is in my account. I never have to worry once I’ve sent in my info and it takes less than five minutes! You guys make my life so much easier, especially when I’d rather be spending my time with my dog. Thank you for taking the hassle out of making a claim.
