My girlfriend and I were hesitating on spending monthly fees for dog insurance as our oldest is 8 years and barely made us think we'd ever need one. I pushed nonetheless as we got a puppy and felt like it would be the right thing to do if anything ever happened to him. Turns out our puppy was diagnosed 5 months later with a congenital degenerative disease and I cannot be more thankful to Trupanion for the support they've provided. Everything was done in a timely manner, everything was handled easily and carefully, and I was able to provide expansive treatments to my puppy (up to 3kCAD). We're giving a fighting chance to our littlest boy as we are not afraid to do everything for him because we know Trupanion will support us and our puppy's wellbeing.
