Customer service was great! Plans are adjustable and overall meet me needs. The one area I wish was covered was preventative care (even if it was an add on)

Very good coverage, and very good response time/information from everyone I have talked to. Rated 7 because I am a student and insurance policy prices can be hard to manage when on a student budget. It would be really great if there were a student plan where the deductible rate would be able to be moved more freely (rather than solely up).
