Our small dachshund had a trauma injury that caused her to limp. We've been monitoring her progress with x-rays and exams and Pets Best has been excellent in processing our claims. They've been great and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking pet insurance.

price point is nice but they don't ever pay out
Price point is nice and you get to choose your deductible but coverage isn't written out very well at least it wasn't for me. Your deductible is per each condition so you're spending $500 at the vet and it's all applied to your deductibles because they don't cover the visit costs. Then you go in for a new thing and spend another $500-600 and again nothing is covered since it's per incident. I'd save your money and go with a different plan there's better ones similarly priced that aren't just a cash grab. When I canceled I was argued with, belittled and treated like garbage by customer service

Reliable and best pet insurance
Embrace has great plans to select from depending on your pets needs. Great Danes can have health issues no matter how well they are cared for. I was able to select a plan that works perfectly for my boy Zeus. I also have the wellness plan which is great!!

Unfair treatment
I am not happy with Sonnet Insurance because I have been driving since I was 15 years old, never had an accident other than someone ran into my new car in 1994 while I am stopped at a stop light. My Insurance Co at the time did nothing because I was not at fault. I am now 80 yrs old and still driving except for the last 18 plus months, and due to the pandemic, I rarely go out and yet still Sonnet never offered me a discount nor did they last year nor this year and my insurance is higher than the company I left. First it was the area whish is false when I confronted sonnet about their claim, this year they claim that it is the make of car I drive, they are involved ion more accidents. That has nothing to do with me or any other driver who is in the same position as I am in. A careful driver should not be penalized becaus3e of the make of car they drive. This year If I am not satisfied with their offer, I will be definitely be looking elsewhere.

I only got 1 response out of two…
I only got 1 response out of two questions and it did not resolve my problem. If you have someone I could talk to you can reach me at work from 8am to 4pm at (613) 623-3423x2227 or provide me with a number that I can call. It was a bad choice when I switched to you as this is not a good way to communicate. I will not be renewing my policies with you.

Peace of Mind
I have been a long time Pets Best customer for all of my dogs. You hope that you never have to use your insurance, but when you do, you want the process to be user friendly, clear, and easy to understand. I have found Pets Best to be all of those and more. During the 22 months my dog Skye battled cancer, Pets Best was all of those and more. I was able to focus on Skye and not the bills because I knew Pets Best was there for Skye and me. When I had to make the call that Skye had passed away, the customer service rep cried with me. I highly recommend Pets Best.
