So I'm so happy to be reading other people who got scammed by this company everything now is a pre-existing condition which is a bunch of crap even my own vet said it was not a pre-existing condition cuz it happened on the opposite leg but once again these corporate scumbag insurance companies like the screw over the customers You Oughta be ashamed of yourself for stealing from people

Bad service, but good prices
They are difficult to contact after you are already a client and they are not open 24/7, so if you have an accident on Friday night you have to wait until Monday to speak to anyone. Also, they only want to live chat with you and really push you to do that rather than actually speaking to someone. Gave three stars for the decent prices they offer, otherwise I would have given two based on service alone.

The Agent stayed on until I finished my claim. The only thing they never called back to confirm receipt of email. The other thing is the online claim didn't work for me-to upload my invoice was rejected said it was too big.
