Very comforting during a tough time.
My dog passed away in April and I couldnât bring myself to look at the invoices from the months we tried to save her. But when I finally did I called and someone talked me through submitting all those invoices. She was very helpful and it was nice to have someone to talk to while I was going through the process.

Good Experience.....
Enrollment was fairly easy, however, the next day I wanted to add one of the riders to the policy and I could not figure it out without having to call the number provided. The policy covers the big-ticket items but not wellness for my dog, which means the vet will try to sell me another package to pay per month for wellness.
