The company seems professional.
The company seems professional. Customer service representatives are professional. The only downside is I did not realize that the premiums can go up every year. I mistakenly thought it was like Turman Sherance where are you lock in the premium when you purchase it.

Double Tplo Glad I have Trupanion.
When I had to make my first claim after having this insurance for 7 years. I was nervous they wouldn't pay out. But Trupanion reassured me the tplo surgery would be covered and not worry about it and it's bilateral too so if the other side goes don't worry about it. I just had to get the other side done. I'm very thankful to have this insurance. Also, all the meds have be covered it's all super easy to make claims. I haven't had any issues. I would highly recommend it to all pet owners. Especially people that don't have 10k sitting in the bank for emergencies like these.

Best Pet Insurance out there
Trupanion is the best pet insurance out there! They don't question, argue, debate, they up front pay what they said they would. Wouldn't have any other insurance.
