Pleased with first claim experience
I am satisfied with Pets Best and like their pricing and ease of filing a claim. I was surprised it took as along as it did for them to send me payment, which they acknowledged. Hopefully that was a fluke. It certainly wouldn’t cause me to seek out other insurance.

Thank God for SPOT
I had to take my little dog Rascal to doggie ER kidney stones and pancreatitis he could not urinate he was in a lot of pain he still wasn’t urinating the next day so had to take him to his vet $1,600.00 later and some medication he was on the mend. I turned in my receipts Spot direct deposited into my account a week later. Thank God I had this insurance plan very very satisfied!

My only concern is that I am being asked if I want to add my 2 other pets and I already did when I set it up
My only concern is that I am being asked to set up an online account. Only one of my dogs (Lucy) is listed on the account, not my 2 other dogs, Casanova and Honey. When I went to add them I was given another price quote. I have already selected and paid $199 for all 3 of my pets.
