I got this insurance thought it’s Costco they have good customer service but they never paid any of my bills I send the bills but no credit they always ask you to take your pet to vet first and send us the bill it’s all lie.

I purchased premium everything. Would more reasonable if actual coverages aligned more to very normal costs of common items. Disapointing to have the first very standard appointment be covered under premium plan at about 1/3 total cost.

Initial call to Customer Service re Premium Increase & Follow Up call with Manager on 12/20/22
Initial call to Customer Service re: unexpected increase in Annual Premium. Representative courteous & professional but unable to address all my concerns. Requested to speak with a Manager. Informed I would receive a call back from a Manager within 24 hours. I indeed received a call back. Manager was very patient with me and listened to all my concerns. Manager inquired if there was anything company could do to improve their Customer Service response and I made some recommendations which he sincerely accepted. Manager then explained rationale for premium increase & apologized for any upset I may have experienced. Manager took an impressive amount of time to remain on the phone with me until I felt “heard”. Manager additionally reviewed claims process for my future reference. Commendable Customer Service Recovery appreciated.

Excellent pet insurance
I have had Embrace insurance for 4 of my pets, over the past 7 years. They are thorough in their records review, to ensure claims are accurate (which I appreciate to keep costs down for the customer), but once your claims have been verified, they explain everything well and make payments quickly.

Really Impressed
Quite impressed with the customer service (I did call to ask why my claim was pushing a month). I adopted a sweet 1yr old rottie in Sept only to find she has horrible hip dysplasia (you wouldn’t know from looking at her) and a bad case of separation anxiety. PetsBest took my uploaded itemized receipts and broke them down into separate issues for payment. My girl is going to be able to see a specialist for her hips (thank goodness!) and I can now afford her anxiety meds! I saw my first reimbursement in my checking this morning.

The claim process was very easy to understand and my claim was handled within a week. The only thing that I would change is not having to pay the veterinarian all the costs upfront. Many people do not have that type of income when their pet develops a serious illness or has a serious accident.
